Last updated · 17 May 2026
Lifestyles Residential Services Ltd ("Lifestyles", "we", "us") is a children's residential care provider registered in Northern Ireland. Companies House number NI692590. Registered address: Formation Works, Edgewater Business Park, Belfast, BT3 9JQ.
For the purposes of UK data-protection law, Lifestyles is the data controller for personal data we collect about you through this website.
When you contact us by email or through the contact form on this website, we collect the personal data you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
We do not currently use any cookies or trackers that store personal data on your device. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will appear.
We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, to consider any placement referral, or to manage a recruitment application — depending on which form of contact you make.
The legal bases on which we rely are: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and managing our service), consent (where you explicitly opt in), and compliance with legal obligations (record-keeping for safeguarding and regulatory purposes).
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with regulatory bodies (RQIA, the placing Health and Social Care Trust) where required by law or in the proper course of our regulated activity.
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Our email is hosted by our IT-services provider. These technical service providers process limited data on our behalf as data processors.
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then archived in line with our records-retention policy.
Specific retention periods are being finalised with regulatory advice.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise any of these rights, contact Brian Wells at Brian.Wells@lifestylesresidentialservices.co.uk.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We take particular care with the personal data of children and young people in our service. Information about young people in placement is governed by our internal safeguarding policy, the placing Trust's care plan and statutory requirements — not by this website privacy policy.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
