Lifestyles works alongside the placing Trust to assess every referral individually and to design a bespoke 1, 2 or maximum 3-bedded placement built around the young person.
We employ a highly skilled staff team supported by a multi-disciplinary team of health and care professionals, ensuring every placement plan reflects the child’s needs, history and goals.
Our referral process
Contact us by phone or email with the placement enquiry. Initial conversations are confidential and exploratory.
We review the young person's care plan, history and current needs alongside the placing Trust, and discuss whether Lifestyles is the right match.
Our multi-disciplinary team of Health and Care Professionals contributes to placement planning where relevant.
Following review and consultation, we confirm whether we can offer a placement and agree the transition plan.
